the objects of the cio are:1. for the benefit of the public in turkey or elsewhere as may be determine, to relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and, in particular but not exclusively to providing permanent homes, treatment, food, feral animal control (neutering), and providing and maintaining rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals. 2. to promote humane behaviour towards animals by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for animals which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals,these objects shall be furthered by such means as the trustees determine in particular by, but not restricted to, the provision of funds and support to kapsa a registered turkish charity under turkish jurisdiction with the charity number 07,023,195-7/301019, and, if appropriate, other charitable organisations in turkey or elsewhere in the world working in the field of animal welfare
