to advance the education of young people between the ages of 11 and 25 particularly those who by reason of lack of financial means or local educational facilities are unable to pursue an education or attend such facilities in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by: a. awarding such persons scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any school, university, college or institute of higher or further education; b. providing their education(including the study of music or other arts); c. facilitating their ability to travel in furtherance of that education or to prepare for entry to any occupation, trade or profession on leaving any educational establishment.
