1. the prevention or relief of poverty;2. the promotion of social inclusion of those excluded from society due to their ethnicity, infirmity, disablement, age, sex, social and economic circumstances;3. the relief of those in need, hardship or distress in particular but not limited to women from disadvantaged communities and by offering a range of support services and interventions to all according to need, including welfare rights, debt, immigration and nationality advice.4. the advancement of education (including vocational and basic skills training) in particular for communities experiencing marginalisation and social exclusion, and to provide information, advice and guidance in particular to young people on their future pathways for their benefit;5. the relief of unemployment by creating access to opportunities, targeting groups in the greatest need including the provision of careers guidance, the arrangement of work experience and volunteering opportunities with the aim to build skills, knowledge, confidence and self-esteem;6. the promotion of volunteering where to do so furthers a charitable purpose or purposes;7. to advance in life, relieve the needs of and help children and young people by such charitable means as the trustees see fit from time to time;8. the provision (or supporting the provision) of facilities for recreation, amateur sport and other leisure time occupations in communities in need of such facilities, in the interests of social welfare, with the aim of improving the people’s conditions of life;9. the promotion of good health and wellbeing;10. the promotion of the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of resources for charitable purposes; and11. the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit.
