the objects of the society are to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts; to organise and run training courses to improve the ability and knowledge of its members and the public in general of the technical skills involved in being part of such productions; to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the committee shall from time to time determine.
