to relieve the charitable needs of, and promote and protect the good mental and physical health of persons with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues by providing such services and activities as shall be thought fit as a means to:a) reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health and learning disabilities;b) increase the life opportunities available to people with learning difficulties or poor mental health and wellbeing;c) create more cohesive communities within kent by raising awareness and acceptance of learning difficulties and mental health issues; andd) reduce social isolation and offer recovery and support services to people with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
