to promote social inclusion for the public benefit in by preventing people from becoming socially excluded relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society, in particular by: a) the provision of education and training in the english language and in vocational skills; and b) the provision of advice, information and an advocacy service. c) the provision of social and recreational facilities and events which also involve the local community.for the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or part of society, as a result of being a member of a socially and economically deprived community.
