to promote the social inclusion for the public benefit by working with pre-school children in conwy who experience the effects of poverty/deprivation, who are excluded from society, or parts of society, due to poor educational skills attainment, and /or disability, to relieve the needs of such children and to assist them to integrate into society, in particular by:1.providing advice and assistance to pre-school settings in conwy to enable them to include such children in the groups;2.providing financial support to pre-school settings in conwy to employ additional support workers to assist such children;3.raising public awareness of the issues affecting children with disabilities and additional needs, and their families;4.providing workshops, training and general support to pre-school settings and parents/guardians of pre-school children in conwy.
