(1) the relief or assistance of patients who have had treatment or care at any hospital or other facility managed by the chelsea and westminster hospital nhs foundation trust (or its successor), including the cost of convalescent care or other post-treatment support; or, if the trustees think fit,(2) the relief or assistance of patients currently having treatment or care at any such hospital or other facility or of their families (in terms of domestic assistance or travelling costs involved in visiting the patient). to combine the investments and money belonging to the charities into one pooled fund (for further details of charities involved see scheme) for any charitable purpose or purposes principally but not exclusively at or in connection with the parkside nhs trust which will further the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to pharmacy for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the princess louise hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the support and care of dying patients the objects of the charity are any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the general or any specific purposes of chelsea and westminster hospital nhs foundation trust or the purposes of the health service (as described in section 1 of the nhs act 2006 or any statutory modification of that section)."
