the objects of the cio are:to relieve poverty and to advance education of orphans in russia by:-1. raising funds for children living in orphanages in russia;2. helping older children to adapt to independent life after leaving orphanages;3. assisting and supporting orphans in choosing their career path;4. providing financial support to enable students who show promise the chance to continue their further education;5. raising awareness about problems children face after leaving the orphanage.â€nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
