the object of the cio is the relief of sickness and preservation of health of persons suffering from cancer of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of cancer in particular but not exclusively by:(1) educating the public about cancer and raising awareness of its prevalence, diagnosis and treatment, in particular but not exclusively organising sporting events and educational programmes for young people.(2) promoting and supporting research into cancer and disseminating the useful results for the public benefit.(3) the relief of persons with cancer and their families making donations to cancer suffers and their families in particular but not exclusively by the provision of or assistance with the provision of goods, items and recreational activities.
