the objects of the cio are:-a) the protection and preservation of the environment for the public benefit by :-i. the promotion of waste reduction, re-use reclamation, recycling, of recycled and surplus materialsii. the collection, reuse and recycling of commercial waste and the provision of support and advice to do the same.b) the relief of financial hardship by the recycling and provision of safe, clean and affordable furniture, clothes, medical and hygiene products and other household items for the use of disadvantaged groups, individuals and charities promoting those objectives.
