european network of filipino in diaspora united kingdom (enfid uk)(what) promotion of equality and diversity for the benefit of the public (how) through various activities that promotes and foster understanding of filipino culture, which encourage good relations between (who) filipinos and different racial groups in (where) united kingdom and the rest of europe.objective: we will achieve this by the following objectives:- to provide an effective forum for regional and global interaction between and among filipino individuals and organizations within the european community; - to organise and conducting symposiums and initiating dialogues, discussions and advocacies on equality and diversity with other ethnic groups as well as british nationals; - to liaise with the various filipino organisations existing in the united kingdom to formally form part of the european network of filipino in diaspora united kingdom (enfid uk); - to work towards the establishment of advice, support groups and counselling centres for the filipino diaspora in the united kingdom in conjunction with government, non-governmental bodies and businesses; - to organise conferences and/or becoming active participants in the international dialogue(s)/action(s) concerning topics such as: human rights, ethical, cultural, political, technological, youth, welfare of filipinos in diaspora and environment issues.
