the objects of the cio are:the relief for the public benefit of those in need by reason of disability (which includes health conditions or other impairments) who are living, working, studying or using the facilities in sandbach and the surrounding cheshire east area by, in particular but not exclusively: 1) providing recreational opportunities and social activities; 2) raising awareness and promoting the benefits of fostering inclusive attitudes and practices within local communities, organisations, businesses and service providers;3) promoting social inclusion by the provision of education and training opportunities for those in need by reason of disability, health condition or impairment;4) facilitating inclusion and improving access within our local communities, including the removal or reduction of disabling barriers.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
