"1. the object of the charity is to advance and promote education of children and young people between age of 7 and 23 in greater london and south east of england by providing or assisting in the provision of mentoring, coaching, workshops, seminars and training for the benefit of such children and young people so that they may achieve academic excellence, breaking the barriers to further and higher education, developing into full maturity becoming leaders in their fields, transforming lives around them and making impact in their communities.2. to promote, organise and facilitate seminars and workshops targeted at parents of children in primary, secondary and sixth form education on understanding and engaging with education system, creating learning environment in home and nurturing child's gifts and talents, developing a career plan for children and young people.3. to promote, organise and facilitate co-operation and partnership working between third sector, statutory and other relevant bodies in the achievement of the above purposes within the area of benefit4. to undertake and support any other charitable activities that promote education including music and wellbeing of children and young adult both in uk and overseas countries.for the purposes of this article 4(a) ""third sector"" means charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises(b) ""charities"" are organisations which are established for exclusively charitable purposes in accordance with the laws of england and wales(c) ""voluntary organisations and social enterprises"" are independent organisations, which are established for purposes that add value to the community as a whole, or a significant section of the community, and which are not permitted by their constitution to make a profit for private distribution voluntary organisations and social enterprises do not include local government or other statutory authorities"
