Objects:
"1)the church is established ""to advance the christian religion"" by developing a central or principal church and such other affiliated churches, to be sanctioned by the said principal church in the united kingdom and throughout the world, wherein the son of god may be extolled, worshipped and proclaimed in accordance with the tenets of worship, discipline, rules, regulations, rituals, ceremonies and practices which are herein stated and may from time to time hereinafter may be followed, prescribed, formulated and established by the directors of the said principal church for its spiritual and temporal guidance, and for the guidance, of all the affiliated churches authorised to function as part of the principal church. (2)the objects of the church are the promotion or regulation of commerce, art, science, education, religion, charity or any profession, and incidental or conductive to any of those objects; (3)any income raised by the church is required to be applied in promoting its objects (the non-profit distribution clause). (4)any assets of the church that would otherwise be available to its members generally are required to be transferred on it winding up either û (i) to another body with objects similar to its own; or (ii) to another body the objects of which are the promotion of charity and anything incidental or conductive thereto, (whether or not the body is a member of the company)"
