to further such charitable purposes for the public benefit (charitable under english law) as the directors see fit from time to time in particular but not exclusively:(a) the promotion of the voluntary sector; and(b) the promotion of the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of resources for charitable purposes by charities or other organisations by the following means: the donation of funds to charities, voluntary and community entities for development purposes; the provision of marketing, advocacy, educational and other support services to charities, voluntary and community entities; the encouragement and facilitation of coordination and cooperation amongst charities, voluntary and community entities; the encouragement and facilitation of engagement with the broader public by charities, voluntary and community entities; and by aiding and empowering charities, voluntary and community entities in any way the directors deem fit from time to time, consistent with charity law.(c) the advancement of education (including training and research)
