the objectives of the cio are:1) the advancement of the christian faith for the public benefit in accordance with the statement of faith in such ways and in such parts of the united kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit.2) to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind, including through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of the united kingdom or the world as the charity trustees from time to time may think fit.3) these objectives are achieved by means of meetings, conference, seminar, lecture, crusade, television broadcast, printed matter, audio and visual material, computer discs and by means of magnetic media as developed for christian groups.4) nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008]. the trustees must use the income and may use the income and may use the capital of the cio in promoting the objects.
