the object of the cio is to support the provision of education to poor people without access to primary and secondary education by selectively supprting the works of fe y alegria worldwide. this support can come in one of two ways:a) friends of fe y alegria will evaluate existing projects from fe y alegria, and select specific projects from that pool to support (either financially, or providing advice on the implementation of the projects)orb) friends of fe y alegria can come up with ideas for new projects and bring them to fe y alegria for their joint implementation.
