1. the advancement of education for the benefit of the public in west sussex, hampshire and surrounding areas on the subjects of horticulture, healthy eating and sustainable development, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of facilities, information and advice about:(a) the cultivation and harvesting of organic horticultural produce (and products derived from such produce); (b) the cooking and eating of organic fruit, vegetables and herbs; and(c) sustainable horticultural practices, construction in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, conservation of water, energy efficiency and protecting plants and wildlife.2. the advancement of health for the benefit of the public in west sussex, hampshire and surrounding areas in particular but not exclusively by the provision of information and advice about the benefits to mental health derived from engaging in horticulture and opportunities to participate in therapeutic horticulture projects.3. to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of west sussex, hampshire and surrounding areas the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.
