the charity’s objects (‘the objects’) are specifically restricted to the following:(1) to advance the religion of islam for the public benefit in accordance with the teachings of sunni islam in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by providing facilities for private and community worship, conducting weekly services, and festive prayers, question and answer sessions, and counselling.(2) to advance education for the public benefit about the teachings of islam and the principles of sunni islam in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by providing educational facilities and curricular study support and organising community gatherings, facilitating lectures, youth activities, and children’s play.(3) to provide for the public benefit assistance through conciliation for couples whose relationships appear to be breaking down, and, where such relationships have already broken down, to advise and help in the settlement of differences or potential differences over associated matters such as custody and access to children, and financial matters.(4) the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by the provision of premises and facilities and organisational support for recreational activities.(5) the prevention or relief of financial hardship for the public benefit in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by providing such persons with goods or services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means, by providing grants, food banks, hot meals, accommodation for homeless and other goods and services to individuals in need. (6) the promotion of religious harmony for the public benefit in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by providing education on different religious beliefs including an awareness of their distinctive features and their common ground, promoting good relations between persons of different faiths, promoting mutual understanding and promoting respect of the beliefs and practices of different religious faiths.(7) the relief of the physical and mental sickness for the public benefit suffering from depression, addiction, bereavement or loss in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including (but not limited to) by providing counselling and support for such persons.(8) such other charitable purposes within the law of england and wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.
