1) to promote education for the public benefit (including social and physical training) among young people aged 13 to 25 who are not in education, employment or training (neet) and/or have additional needs or disabilities, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of programmes of study and work experience placements designed to provide skills for employment.2) to advance in life and relieve the needs of young people aged 13 to 25 who are not in education or training (neet) and/or have additional needs or disabilities through:(a) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;(b) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
