the trustees shall hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income and all or such part or parts of the capital for the public benefit at such time or times and in such manner as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit for or towards:1. the education of the general public;2. the preservation, protection, promotion and support of the arts including but not limited to visual art, theatre, poetry, dance, music, film and publishing; 3. the promotion and advancement of conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment for the benefit of the general public; and4. the relief of poverty or financial hardship among refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers and their dependents anywhere in the world.
