the objectives of the cio are: for the benefit of the public at a local, national or international level to:-a) relieve persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by reason of their social and economic circumstances by providing grants or other financial assistance;b) the relief of persons who are sick, disabled, handicapped, infirm whether mentally or otherwise in need of financial assistance;c) to educate and assist young persons by providing grants or other financial assistance to or for the benefit of young persons, including through their leisure time activities so as to develop physical mental and spiritual capacities in order that they may grow to full maturity as individual members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved;d) to advance such other purposes related to above objects which are exclusively charitable under the law of england and wales from time to time by providing grants to charities or other organisations or individuals identified by the trustees at their discretion
