the charity’s objects are to build the capacity and skills of minority ethnic organisations, in order that they can deliver better services to the particularly but not exclusively socially and economically disadvantaged communities in the local government area of the london borough of merton and its environs, (hereinafter called the “area of benefitâ€) in such a way, that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs, and to participate fully in society.â€nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008
