the objects of the cio are:- (a) to advance the education of the public in general (and particularly, but not limited to human resource professionals, consultants and other business leaders) on the subject of organisation design through the provision of training, hosting of conferences, a library of curated information, production of publications and other information and bursaries for students; and(b) to promote research into organisation design for the public benefit in all aspects of that subject and to publish the useful results.ôorganisation designö means the systematic and holistic approach to aligning and fitting together all parts of an organization to achieve its defined strategic intents
