the objects of the cio shall be 1. to advance the orthodox jewish religion for the benefit of the public in particular, but not exclusively, by making grants to jewish religious educational institutions in north west london 2. the relief of financial hardship, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage in particular, but not exclusively, by making grants of money towards or paying for care, items, services or facilities for the benefit of individuals living in north west london with such needs for such purposes 3. to advance in life and help young people living in north west london by making grants or paying for activities which develop their skills and capabilities so that they may develop and grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society
