the objects for which the charity was established are:for the public benefit, the relief of sickness and the preservation of health of sufferers of tuberous sclerosis complex (ötscö) by promoting the treatment and control of tsc throughout the world; andto advance education for the public benefit in all areas relating to tsc by conducting global research and publishing information about tsc, its management and its treatment throughout the world.in furtherance of the objects the trustees shall exchange and disseminate information through facilitating interaction and promoting collaboration between physicians, researchers and patient groups and for this purpose shall have the following powers:ò to provide and promote the provision of care and treatment of people suffering from tsc;ò to increase public awareness regarding the problems and circumstances of people suffering from tsc;ò to contribute to the creation of an evidence base for disease assessment and therapy and inform further research on tsc;ò to map the course of tsc manifestations and their effects on prognosis and to record interventions and their outcomes; andò to provide and encourage research into the causes and alleviation of tsc
