the objects of the cio are:to promote the rehabilitation and the physical and mental health of those with mental illness, disabilities, addictions, those who are homeless or imprisoned or at risk of offending / re-offending upon release from prison through the use of creative writing and mentoring to help aid mental wellbeing, reduce anxiety, depression, self-harm and to increase self-confidence and self-worth of those who struggle with social anxiety.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
