the promotion of social inclusion amongst young adults aged 18-30 who are excluded from society or parts of society as a result of having autistic spectrum disorders and other similar learning disorders and relieving the needs arising as a result of these disorders by all or any of the following:- providing safe accommodation- providing a range of activities to develop their capabilities, competencies and skills- providing support to enable them to take up occupational opportunities.
