1)to contribute to the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment in pembrokeshire in particular by:-a)promoting sustainable waste management through the recycling of waste which may otherwise go to landfill; b)advancing the education of the public in pembrokeshire concerning recycling and waste management through a programme of talks, seminars, workshops and other means; andc)providing recycling opportunities to the public, businesses, statutory authorities and educational establishments.2)relieve those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial or other disadvantage in particular by the provision of grants or donation of items to individuals or to charitable organisations supporting those in need; and3)to relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention in particular by the provision of grants or donation of items to animal sanctuaries.
