the objects of the cio areto relieve sickness and to promote and protect good health for the public benefit by:-- the creation and review of educational modules, materials, videos and news to educate health care professionals and the general public on the latest cancer research; - supporting open access publishing and dissemination in order to further cancer research and the exchange of information without charge; - disseminating the latest evidence based knowledge and research into the treatment, prevention and cure of cancer to enable health care professionals around the world to make informed decisions which will improve patient care; and- organising and running educational symposia and other events for health care professionals and the general public.
