the objects of the cio are, for the public benefit:4.1. the advancement of the christian faith, in accordance with the statement of faith, in burton-upon-trent, the surrounding districts and such other parts of the united kingdom and the world in such ways as the charity trustees may from time to time decide;4.2. to relieve persons who are in condition of need or distress by reason of financial hardship, age, ill-health, disability or such other economic or social disadvantage; and4.3. to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the benefit of the community of burton-upon-trent and the surrounding districts with the object of improving the conditions of life of said inhabitants as the charity trustees may from time to time in their discretion determine.
