the objects are specifically restricted to such purposes which are exclusively charitable under the laws of england and wales as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion determine, including (but not limited to):3.1 the relief and assistance of the victims of war, conflict or natural disaster, through the provision of food, medical aid, accommodation, access to water and sanitation and other humanitarian assistance as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit;3.2 the relief of poverty or financial hardship among refugees by providing (or assisting in the provision of) education, training, advice, information, healthcare, housing and such other services as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit;3.3 the advancement, preservation and protection of the physical and mental health of refugees and their dependents;3.4 the advancement of education and training of refugees and their dependents so as to advance them in life and assist them to adapt within a new community;3.5 the advancement of the education of the public in general about issues relating to refugees;3.6 the relief of unemployment among refugees through the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and support;3.7 the promotion of racial harmony for the public benefit among refugees by the promotion of knowledge and mutual understanding between different racial groups; and3.8 the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of refugees and their dependents, who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.in the above object 'refugees' mean people who have been forced to leave their country of origin in order to escape war, persecution or natural disaster.in furthering the above objects the charity will remain neutral without political or religious attitudes, content, or bias in all its activities.
