to promote community participation for the benefit of young people living or going to school in the county of norfolk through the provision of facilities for the learning, teaching and playing of cricket in particular but not exclusively, by 1.supporting those organisations, such as clubs, schools or other groups, offering cricket to young people in norfolk 2.providing hardship support to young players (and their parents) who struggle to meet the cost of playing cricket 3.supporting organisations that deliver the opportunity for those with disabilities to play cricket in full or adapted forms. 4.supporting any other projects that support and develop youth cricket in norfolk, deemed suitable by the trustees 5.creating a suitable award or trophy in recognition of the principal benefactor, maurice sills
