the trustees shall hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income, and all or such part or parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner to or for the benefit of such exclusively charitable objects and purposes in any part of the world as the trustees may in their discretion think fit, including (without imposing any limitation or requirement):(a) the advancement of the christian religion; and(b) the promotion of health and the saving of lives; and (c) the advancement of education, whether in the medical sciences or otherwise. 'charitable' shall mean charitable according to the law of england and wales provided it will not include any purpose which is not also charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005. for the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the charity is the law of england and wales.
