within the united kingdom of great britain and northern ireland, and for the public benefit, to:1. promote, facilitate and sustain the moral and physical education of persons under the age of 25, more particularly, but not limited to, (a) those in full time education, and (b) those serving or having served a custodial sentence imposed by a criminal court, by the giving of lectures, talks, and presentations, with especial emphasis on developing their capabilities to become mature, independent and responsible citizens. 2. promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities, support and encouragement (the latter by way of talks, lectures and presentations) to enable persons, more particularly (but not limited to) persons who are, or might in the future be, vulnerable to adopting a criminal lifestyle, to take up, train for, and maintain sporting activities which require physical exertion, exampled by (but not limited to) gymnastics, football, rugby, running and rowing.
