the objects of the cio are:31. the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit, by: a. providing a platform and space to women (trans, intersex and cis) and non- binary, agender and gender variant people to have a voice, share their views and explore their feelings through photography and image. b. providing opportunities for women (trans, intersex and cis) and non-binary, agender and gender variant people to represent their own identity and own their own stories and experiences c. advancing education and raising awareness in the issues faced by women (trans, intersex and cis), and non-binary, agender and gender variant peopled. cultivating a sentiment in favour of equality and diversity by challenging sexism, gender oppression and under-representation of women (trans, intersex and cis), and non-binary, agender and gender variant people in our society. 2. to relieve the needs of women (trans, intersex and cis) and non- binary, agender and gender variant people who have been affected by violence and abuse in particular but not exclusively by the provision of mentoring and support and group activities to help with rebuilding their lives.
