the objects of the foundation are(1) to advance education in the arts in any part of the world by:(a) promoting and furthering the understanding of the arts , including without limitation works of the art nouveau and art deco periods;(b) acquiring and maintaining (and if thought appropriate by the directors), disposing of, works of art, including without limitation works of the art nouveau and art deco periods; and/or (c) establishing and maintaining a site(s) for the exhibition of any or all of such works of art; and/or (d) lending any such works of art to other persons for display, as part of a static or touring exhibition in each case for the benefit of the public; and/or(2) to make grants to bodies that are recognised as charitable according to the laws of england and wales; and/or(3) to promote such other purposes in any part of the world as are charitable according to the laws of england and wales.
