the following objects are for the public benefit of young people aged 13 to 25 years old:-1)to advance education by working with schools and the wider community;2)to help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society, in particular but not exclusively by providing training, coaching and mentoring in all aspects of media and communications, including but not limited to broadcast and print journalism, publishing and public relations, in order to help them find employment, improve their life skills and knowledge for their benefit and that of wider society. nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of th charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
