“to advance education for the public benefit in the practice and science of mindfulness and compassion training, and in furtherance: i) to supply education, research and other services to members of the uk parliament and civil service to help them inquire into the practice, science and benefits of mindfulness and compassion training within public services and policy making, and extend such education, research and other services to the legislative systems of other countries. ii) to educate leaders, professionals and service commissioners about the practice, science and benefits of mindfulness and compassion training in all sectors. iii) to promote education and research into mindfulness and compassion training programmes of all kinds, and make this research and training accessible to the public. iv) to support the further development of mindfulness, compassion and other contemplative mind-training programmes by cooperating with mindfulness organisations, academics and practitioners internationally, including by convening and facilitating conferences, seminars and other gatherings to share information and coordinate research
