the charity’s objects (‘objects’) are specifically restricted to the following:the promotion of amateur sport through the development and promotion in participation in rowing by:a) promoting participation opportunities for currently underrepresented groups including young people in education (particularly state schools), people with disabilities, bame (black, asian and minority ethnic) communities and socio-economically disadvantaged communities;b) supporting clubs to be more inclusive and open to all;c) advancing education and raising awareness on inclusion, equality and diversity across the sport of rowing;d) conducting or commissioning research to support inclusion, equality and diversity across the sport.
