1. to advance the education of the public in the arts, culture and heritage of the jewish people including russian speaking jewry, particularly but not exclusively, by the provision of grants for related projects.2. to advance the jewish religion for the benefit of the public, mainly but not exclusively, by the provision of grants to charitable organisations that support the study of and engagement with traditional and contemporary texts, customs, practices and observances. 3. the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in particular but not exclusively within the jewish community including russian speaking jewry in the uk and worldwide by providing grants to charities or other organisations working to assist those in need. 4. such other charitable purposes as the trustees think fit from time to time.
