"the objects of the cio (""the objects"") are:(1) the advancement of education generally and in particular but without limitation by:(a) promoting and providing educational programmes in academic and extra-curricular activities for children and young persons worldwide;(b) establishing and maintaining scholarships bursaries or grants to be awarded from time to time and in such manner as the charity trustees think fit to pupils of thomasÃ¦s london day schools (company number 07881899) or such other schools worldwide as may be approved by the trustees for all purposes relating to their education at thomasÃ¦s london day schools or such other schools so approved by the trustees;(c) providing and assisting in the provision of educational, training and recreational facilities for young people and children in developing countries, initially in nepal, developing their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may reach full maturity as individuals and members of society and so that their conditions of life may be improved;(d) raising awareness, in particular but not exclusively among school children in england and attending thomasÃ¦s london day schools, of the needs of children in local neighbourhoods and in developing countries, especially of those in nepal;(e) supporting, in such manner as the trustees think fit, the provision of education at thomasÃ¦s academy (company number 09635397) or such other educational establishment as the trustees shall from time to time decide;(2) the promotion of care, upbringing and establishment of life of children and young people in developing countries, initially in nepal; and(3) such other exclusively charitable purposes as the charity trustees may in their absolute discretion decide."
