the objects of the cio are: a. to advance the christian faith in the united kingdom and worldwide for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, producing and/or distributing literature on christianity to enlighten others about the christian faith. b. the relief of sickness and the promotion, preservation and protection of health of people affected by or suffering from sickle cell disorders (scd) in the uk and in africa and in particular but without limitation by the provision of advice, education and support for such persons and their families.c. to advance education amongst young people and in particular but without limitation by providing supplementary education in national curriculum subjects.
