the objects of the cio are to relieve the suffering and distress of dogs in need of rehoming as a result of ill treatment, hardship , neglect or a change in circumstances by:-a)offering advice and signposting on ways to keep the dog / dogs in the home. when it is not possible for the dog / dogs to stay in the home we responsibly asses and source new homes for the dog / dogs to live. we use carefully vetted foster homes for our dogs prior to finding them there lifelong homes. all homes foster and adoptive are homechecked by experienced volunteers;b)providing support and advice to new owners for the lifetime of the dog; andc)in the case of financial hardship we may also provide funding for vetinary treatment for dogs who have pre-existing conditions.
