the objectives of the cio are:to relieve the need of persons within the united kingdom who are caring for people with physical, mental or sensory impairment within a mental health unit/ hospital through provision of small grants towards their travel and accommodation costs when visiting their children, and also giving support via our 'lend an ear' phone service and provision of a safe place.
