the object of the cio is:to promote community participation in healthy recreation through cycling for the benefit of those living or working within solihull and surrounding areas as a means of supporting people to increase their participation in society and enable social inclusion and supporting people of all abilities and ages to adopt healthier lifestyles so as to improve their quality of life.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
