the charity’s objects (‘the objects’) are: to relieve needs of families that have experienced still births or the death of young babies by:-a)providing support, advice and resources to families that have experienced still-births or the death of young babies;b)providing specially made burial gowns and other clothing for babies that are smaller than conventional clothing due to not having gone full-term;c)fundraising to develop improved facilities for bereaved parents and for the breaking of this sad news at our local hospital; d)awareness raising and education through the purchase and distribution of books and videos on the topic of early death or still-birth; e)providing funding and equipment to the local hospital relating to the emergency care of early and premature births. [nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and/or section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.].
