augmentation of the income of the stewart village hall. The object of the CIO is the provision and maintenance of the following facilities for use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell without distinction of political, religious or other opinions in the interests of social welfare for recreational leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants:-(1) a village hall for use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation; and(2) allotments.
