"the charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following:to relieve the suffering and distress of animals in need of care and attention by rescue and rehoming, abandoned, injured and homeless dogs cats and other animals in the rhondda cynon taff and surrounding area for the benefit of the public, and provide and maintain shelter, rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals and to promote humane behaviour towards animals by providing appropriate care, protection and security for animals in need by way of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public on matters pertaining to animal welfare generally and prevention of cruelty and suffering."
